To accompany its growth, the Group recruits several hundred employees each year, mainly for the lines of business linked to the operation of DOMITYS Senior Living facilities. The main characteristics of these jobs are that they are spread across the entire area and involve activities that cannot be relocated.

With the opening of above approximately 20 residences a year, each employing an average of 20 to 25 employees, DOMITYS offers great career prospects in a dynamic market. Our lines of business encompass the hospitality industry, tourism and support for the elderly. A total of six large industries are represented by DOMITYS Senior Living facilities, including management, hospitality, entertainment, catering services, maintenance & services and consultancy.
Career prospects go far beyond French borders. Thus, international HR management will become even more important as a result of the opening of senior living facilities in Italy and Mauritius, as well as the projects under way in Asia.

New skills for maintaining autonomy
These lines of business require a refined knowledge of the needs and expectations of seniors but also a great deal of expertise in customer relations. This is why DOMITYS is developing training courses specific to certain lines of business that did not previously exist, such as that of director or host in senior living facilities.
