Aware that its position as leader of senior living facilities in France brings with it a certain responsibility, ÆGIDE and its subsidiary DOMITYS have long invested in the design and structuring of an ambitious quality approach.

An ambitious quality approach

A cross-sectional view

The Director of Quality & Personal Services is responsible for implementing specific procedures in partnership with all other departments (operations, etc.). Thanks to its expertise as an operator-developer, the Quality and People Care department implements the quality policy based on rigorous real estate specifications. We have a strong and uncompromising demand for quality, which is based in particular on the training and skills of all our teams from construction to operation.

As part of our membership of the National Quality Charter for Personal Services, our home help services are regularly assessed. We are also the only group certified for all its services. Within the Service Commitment frame of reference with Afnor Certification.

The label VISEHA – “Vie Seniors & Habitat” (Senior Life & Housing).

Impression

In 2020, 94 residences were awarded the VISEHA quality label for “Vie Seniors et Habitat”. The Group has played a major role in the development of this label, which is entirely dedicated to the senior living facilities sector. It is based on 13 evaluation criteria (real estate and services).

Ethics at the heart of our priorities

A Code of conduct

ÆGIDE has made strong commitments to ethics and professional conduct, resulting in the adoption of a Code of conduct distributed to all employees.

An Ethics observatory

In 2019, the Group reached a new milestone by creating an Ethics observatory. This observatory’s mission is to support residents and employees who are facing difficult events as much as possible. As part of the CSR (Corporate Social responsibility) roadmap, the Ethics observatory meets three times a year to take stock of a range of issues, such as duty of prevention, respecting values, limits of interventions, good practices, key attitudes, psycho-social risk prevention etc.

A strict CSR roadmap

In 2019, the Group formalised its CSR strategy and defined a set of monitoring indicators with specific deadlines, based on the many initiatives already in place. This roadmap contains 18 commitments structured around five main areas of application:

ÆGIDE has also established a joint Quality approach with NEXITY concerning real estate promotion. From 2022, the Group’s CSR commitments will be incorporated into NEXITY’s roadmap.

Social inclusion

During the eighth edition of the Apprentis d’Auteuil artistic and educational competition in 2019, more than 200 young people were welcomed by the foundation. These young people are asked to engage with citizen-based initiatives and creatively express their intentions to improve quality of life in their own neighbourhood.

Open to young people from all Apprentis d’Auteuil establishments, this competition allows them to speak about a different theme each year. Accompanied by one or more professionals, these young people have a few weeks to produce an artistic creation that can be exhibited and honoured at the Hôtel de Ville in Paris. DOMITYS, the operating subsidiary of the ÆGIDE Group, is a partner of this event.
