Aware that its position as leader of senior living facilities in France brings with it a certain responsibility, ÆGIDE and its subsidiary DOMITYS have long invested in the design and structuring of an ambitious quality approach.

A cross-sectional view

The Director of Quality & Personal Services is responsible for implementing specific procedures in partnership with all other departments (operations, etc.). Thanks to its expertise as an operator-developer, the Quality and People Care department implements the quality policy based on rigorous real estate specifications. We have a strong and uncompromising demand for quality, which is based in particular on the training and skills of all our teams from construction to operation.

As part of our membership of the National Quality Charter for Personal Services, our home help services are regularly assessed. We are also the only group certified for all its services. Within the Service Commitment frame of reference with Afnor Certification.

The label VISEHA – “Vie Seniors & Habitat” (Senior Life & Housing).

Impression

Based on 13 property and service criteria, the Vie Seniors & Habitat label is the first quality label entirely dedicated to senior residences. Controlled by Afnor Certification, it has already been awarded to more than 126 DOMITYS senior residences by the end of 2022.

ÆGIDE has made strong commitments to ethics and professional conduct, resulting in the adoption of a Code of conduct distributed to all employees.

An Ethics observatory

In 2019, the Group reached a new milestone by creating an Ethics observatory. This observatory’s mission is to support residents and employees who are facing difficult events as much as possible.

A strict CSR roadmap
